Thanks so much for sharing this video. Jen recently stopped eating all simple carbs and went through physical withdrawals. That was a wake-up call that this stuff is far more dangerous than we like to think.

When you really hear it- “Food Industry”, does that sound strangely out of touch with eating, and more about the business of selling industrial products? They make everybody sick, in the name if industry: food industry, health care industry, etc. But sugar, which was a delicatessen until few years back, and a rarity until WWII was over, is a real poison, and all industrial ingredients in processed foods are toxic waste: waste to waist tonics!
