Daily Workout (one hour of brisk walking for example), preferably outdoors, will contribute to your wellness both physical and mental. If you can walk four miles in one hour, you are at a good pace.

    • Frizz, you’ll feel much better if you start drinking green tea, instead of coffee, eat only black bread ( Iam lucky to have a german bakery here, to buy bread like I used to eat at home.) Find yerba mate and star drinking it for your kidneys, and blood cleansing. And start walking with burning calories in mind. The best to you. -G.
