  1. This is wonderful example how father and son can bond. Many fathers complaint that they don’t have anything in common with their children. It’s because they don’t try! It’s so easy to get children’s attention. You just need to make it fun.

I don’t see as many families cycling in our city, because frankly, city is always very dangerous, however they are introducing new separated cycle lanes, so biking here in Vancouver will be much safer. I cannot wait for the spring to come and take my family biking again.

    • hi olivia, thank you for your heartfelt comments. We are so fortunate here in California: The Thanksgiving holiyday, all four days of it were magnificent. It felt being in seoson, exept only better: cooler, with really the very determined out on the road, on the beach and in the water. I avaraged 55 miles each day, and can barely wait for Christmas time, to ride some more. But before that we have a weekend comming soon.
I always keep in respect the parents that take children in outtings, as I see those dhildren grow into better parents themselves, with love and appreciation for life, for the many offerings we are fortunate to enjoy serenily and upliftingly. Check out “Seal Beach Sand Project, on YouTube, for another example of great parenting, that I was lucky to run into last year. Thanks again, and I hope you’re not going to wait until spring to…spring: Stat this weekend: run, brisk walk, swim, surf, bike, ski, anything that can improve your health and cohesion within your family!
