New York City startup Pixie Scientific claims to have engineered what it calls “smart diapers.” The company says these diapers can potentially detect urinary tract infections, kidney issues, dehydration, and even Type 1 diabetes.   1. lol, well I am all for keeping baby healthy and parents sane without breaking their bank accounts.

    As it stands the cost of medical care will be available to precious few. Those wealthy enough to pay the price and those poor enough to qualify for assistance. The rest of us will be up the creek without a paddle.
