Breakfast Important for Heart Health

Many of us are guilty of skipping breakfast, but that does not mean it is good for us. In fact, the opposite may very well be true. Skipping breakfast could place added strain on the body, putting those who do it at greater risk of cardiovascular problems. A recent study of older men found that those who routinely skipped breakfast were 27 percent more likely to suffer from heart problems than those who were in the habit of eating in the morning.     Yup something I had to discuss at the Pain clinic. It is all about Chemical releases etc. Always told to have a good healthy breakfast. But with my sleeping pattern, when is Morning 🙂

    • When you wake up after several hours of sleep! Do you guys have yerba mate tea (read one of my articles if you don’t), but you gotta have it over there: you probably do!

      Drink a cup, one hour before going to bed…no sooner…) If you take pills for sleeping, you can drink a cup of tea (yerba mate) Actually you can drink all day long, as it will help you with cleansing your blood, it is truly great! Drink regularly!
