I must share with you a brief story about this as it made me smile. As a child, one of my mothers potions for illness was to mix this ingredient with molasses and snippets of hair from ones own head, and then eat it! I believe we were cured out of fear, not the medicinal value. I laugh when I think about it.

Interesting indeed…I remember my mother making me take a teaspoon (even though due to the content it always felt like a large spoon) of fish oil, yak!
