Obama SET TO UNFREEZE 100 BILLION to Iran, After Deep HUMILIATION and Sailor Capture (VIDEO) | Pamela Geller

Not long after midnight on May 2, 2011, U.S. Navy SEALs attacked a three-story compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan, raced to the main building’s top floor and killed Osama bin Laden. Few mourn the man responsible for the slaughter of many thousands of innocent people worldwide over the years. But the operation that led to his death may yet kill hundreds of thousands more. In its zeal to identify bin Laden or his family, the CIA used a sham hepatitis B vaccination project to collect DNA in the neighborhood where he was hiding. The effort apparently failed, but the violation of trust threatens to set back global public health efforts by decades.
It is hard enough to distribute, for example, polio vaccines to children in desperately poor, politically unstable regions that are rife with 10-year-old rumors that the medicine is a Western plot to sterilize girls—false assertions that have long since been repudiated by the Nigerian religious leaders who first promoted them. Now along come numerous credible reports of a vaccination campaign that is part of a CIA plot—one the U.S. has not denied.
The deadly consequences have already begun. Villagers along the Pakistan-Afghanistan border chased off legitimate vaccine workers, accusing them of being spies. Taliban commanders banned polio vaccinations in parts of Pakistan, specifically citing the bin Laden ruse as justification. Then, last December, nine vaccine workers were murdered in Pakistan, eventually prompting the United Nations to withdraw its vaccination teams. Two months later gunmen killed 10 polio workers in Nigeria—a sign that the violence against vaccinators may be spreading.
Such attacks could not come at a worse time. The global polio campaign has entered what should be its final stages. The number of cases has dropped from 350,000 in 1988 to 650 in 2011. The disease spreads naturally in only three countries—Afghanistan, Pakistan and Nigeria—down from more than 125 countries a quarter of a century ago. Disrupting or postponing vaccination efforts could fan a resurgence of polio around the world.
The distrust sowed by the sham campaign in Pakistan could conceivably postpone polio eradication for 20 years, leading to 100,000 more cases that might otherwise not have occurred, says Leslie F. Roberts of Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health. “Forevermore, people would say this disease, this crippled child is because the U.S. was so crazy to get Osama bin Laden,” he argues.
The vaccination ruse also poses a moral problem. Physicians take a Hippocratic oath to do no harm. Humanitarian workers adhere to an international code of conduct that requires that their services be provided independently of national agendas, on the basis of need alone. The misguided vaccine program in Pakistan was started in a poor neighborhood of Abbottabad, no doubt to give it an air of legitimacy. Yet after the first in a standard series of three hepatitis B shots was given, the effort was abandoned so that the team could move to bin Laden’s wealthier community. This lapse in protocol proves that the best interests of the recipients were not the guiding principle of the effort—while not coincidently betraying the program for the sham it was.
There must be a red line drawn between humanitarian efforts and the machinations of warfare, no matter how unconventional. The costs to future humanitarian endeavors, global stability and U.S. national security of doing otherwise are too high—even when weighed against the liquidation of one of the U.S.’s most fearsome enemies and even if no other option is available. As outlined in a letter signed by the deans of a dozen prominent schools of public health that was sent to the White House, President Barack Obama should direct all U.S. military and intelligence agencies to refrain from using a medical or humanitarian cover to achieve their objectives. Such efforts are bad medicine and bad spy craft. A wise leader would disavow

Le Monde: Assaults New Year: in Cologne, “it will never be the same again”

On the steps leading to the front of the cathedral of Cologne, a few meters from the main station, a few flowers were filed. Small roses, primroses, all white, shivering in the winter drizzle. In the shadow of the huge building, they reflect the two hundred women victims of sexual assault during the night of New Year in the square, Eva, 21, shakes her purse against her. “Now, I ‘ am afraid. It will never be like before, “she breath. Cologne liberal, tolerant, mourning the end of his innocence.

It took time for the city authorities recognize the reality of the events and the presence of asylum seekers among the attackers. In its report, the Police concluded on Friday 1 st  January at night “generally calm”. But in the following days, the complaints of sexual thefts and assaults that night have increased: 30 complaints on Monday 4 January, their numbers rose the 11-560, 40% for rape and sexual assault against women.

DULL ANGER
Under pressure from the media and especially social networks, the police finally recognize the facts: a thousand men, described as “essentially originating in Africa North and Arab countries” have to rule all evening on instead and around an atmosphere of violence, firing fireworks against the crowd, some who commit robberies and sexual assaults. The police, overwhelmed and helpless, finally to evacuate the place. In this city famous for its carnival, not a street demonstration had led to such a wave of attacks. Height of the scandal: the nineteen suspects arrested, ten are asylum seekers.

“I have the impression that everything that makes this city which was built in recent years was ruined overnight,” said Angela Spizig, Deputy Mayor of Cologne former
Maria, came from a Bavarian village to celebrate the New Year with two friends in Cologne, hardly take conscience of what she escaped. The girl of 21, baby-faced and long silky hair, its passage tells the station that night, just after midnight: “The station was crowded, there were mostly men. They knowingly girls touched the buttocks, trying to rob the people, it was very unpleasant. “Further, in the pedestrian streets around the square, deserted by the police, the three friends must cross” several chains of men “around and address them urgently.” There, I realized that I they were all foreigners. They took us arms, we wanted to take pictures, we were saying obscene words and gestures were clearly connoted sexually, she said, hardly daring to describe what she experienced. We had to fight to get off of ‘them. With what we now know aggression, I realize it could be worse … ”

With the proliferation of complaints and testimonials, a dull anger took hold of the city. “I am horrified, shaken in my convictions, I did not imagine that this can happen in our society,” says Elena, member a female cultural association. “Cologne is the most tolerant city of Germany, open to the world. How people can lead in this way, precisely here? “If she asks. Never before in this city so proud of its culture, where 180 nationalities live together, the question of the origin of perpetrators or assaults had been much emphasized.

“MISCONCEPTION OF TOLERANCE”
Tue initially, to avoid feeding discrimination, originally “Arab or North African” abusers of New Year’s Eve, and especially the presence among them refugees, are now thrown into the figure of the Cologne merchants, as a sharp reappraisal of their faith in the peaceful coexistence of nations in their city. On the Internet, hateful comments are soaring. Angela Spizig, Assistant (Greens) Mayor of Cologne for fourteen years, laments: “I celebrated Cologne as a city of two thousand years of migration, successful integration and strong women. I had the impression that everything that makes this city which was built in recent years has been ruined in one night. ”

In speeches, even feminists, the discomfort is palpable. “One can not speak of sexual violence only when the perpetrators are allegedly” other  “: Muslim men, Arabs, blacks and North Africans” has launched a feminist collective in a “cry” call (#aufschrei) to denounce racism. A speech that criticizes Alice Schwarzer, German feminist famous: “Germany, because of its history recently, nourishes a misconception of tolerance, which has led it to close its eyes to gender segregation and male violence in the Muslim community, “says she to. World Today even Angela Spizig concedes:” If there are a large number of foreigners and refugees who commit crimes, we must say. We should have done long ago. Concealment mobilizes the evil forces, those of the extreme right. ”

The strong commitment of Cologne for refugees took a serious blow. “Is it for people like them that I donated half of my clothes cupboard? “Asks a young man on the band’s page Facebook Netz-Werk Köln. Uschi, a volunteer with refugees, refused to put into question the validity of his commitment. “We must punish the guilty, but you can not put the whole world in the same bag. The movement for refugees is great. Never have I felt so proud to be German. ”

The mysterious clan of warriors who defend Moldova’s northern invaders 600 years ago. They disappeared, and their origin is shrouded in legend

In northern Moldova, legends, and historical evidence recorded the presence of an old Boyar families rather a warrior clan with ancient roots hundreds of years defending a fort commercial road that led to Hotin.

In northern Moldova, legends, and historical evidence recorded the presence of an old Boyar families rather a warrior clan with ancient roots hundreds of years defending a fort commercial road that led to Hotin.

On the commercial road leading from Dorohoi Hotin, on the right, 500 years ago guarded a high hill over 385 meters. On this road many times podgheazurile Polish bands of bandits, especially Tatar hosts fairs ventured to the villages of Moldova or immediately after harvest day for prey.

Legends Ibăneşti villages, Magura, and the hamlets of Dorohoi, carefully gathered Guţic wives, two scholars in the area, however, say he was a warrior clan or family of boyars of jealously guarding this place commercial road saves people.

Their name is not yet known precisely, but there are several hypotheses. Legends say that the place was called Master Liuban family Iubăneasa or fog that gave the common name Ibăneşti today and defended for centuries region of a fort on the hill Magura. Their origin is as mysterious as how they have definitively left history.

Liuban nightmare Tatars and robbers in north

About this mysterious family, which gave the name and emblem of a common Romania XXI century century, local historians know something or people who know the area well legends Dorohoi. One of them is Professor and engineer Octavian Vitcu, author and a brief history of the area. It says that the family name was most likely his offspring Iubăneasa or Liuban. “It may have originally called Liuban. In fact nobleman whose wife gave the name of the river after which the village was given the name may have called Liuban strava.

Also circulating Iubăneasa version. There was a uric Liuban in 1519 who had estates in parts of Dorohoi and probably here, “says Vitcu. At the same time, the teacher said to exist and documents from the Stefan cel Mare certifying these names Liuban, Liubăneasa or Iubăneasa. The fact is that this family more as a warrior clan that controlled the locals say these northern regions, băgaseră old Tatar terror and ravaging in thieves commercial Hotinului way.

“This generation of fighters defended both trade route for centuries and Dorohoi especially Tatar lands. They were Tatars fear. However, during the conflict with the Poles that many princes they had attacked detachments that this road. They were known as a force, “adds the professor. Legends abound in the place which the mighty family’s fame Liuban shows that even during the Tatar invasion in 1241 people in the family caught a column of Tatars and butchered it in the woods in the area.

Moreover, these fighters were organized into cavalry easy, fast and deadly. Moreover, deprinseseră this craft was to counter fast Tatars attacks. It is even said that they came masters of handling the rush spring horse, like their opponents. After the Tartars catch them, they robbed them and often took them captive. This is shown in a legend that widow Maria Iubăneasa of this family but feared offered as Stefan cel Mare 18 Tatar slaves, captured by his grandson. “Tatars who had to deal with this people avoid the area,” adds Professor smiling Vitcu.

Old generation and fortress on the hill Jupani

The age of this generation, local historians say, is lost in the mists of time. “They have always lived on this land, they have mastered. The princes have found here since the foundation of Moldova. They were Master and knezes with a home-fortified on the highest hill in the area of Botosani, Magura, “says Vitcu. In fact, the history Petronel Zahariuc, in “Notes scattered in the history of the two villages of the district of Dorohoi-Ibăneşti Magura”, reminiscent of the presence of a certified Iuban nobleman from the time of Alexander the Good as the master of places.

The presence of this clan is attested by a promontory called “La Sălişte”, where the fortress had lived. It was most likely the foundation stone, which is abundant in the area, and reinforced with wooden palisades and towers. From here Jupanii Liuban Iuban or launch attacks on Tatars deadly. Moreover legends say that they participated in all the battles given by Stephen the Great, two family members lost their lives in clashes with the Poles, most likely Cosminului Forests. It is said that these masters of the place they pick up and bunches of riders but also infantrymen armed with a fearsome weapon in the area, studded mace.

Stefan Voda top guards Măgurii

Legends site shows that this old warrior clan had strong ties to Stephen the Great. One of the most famous legend shows that Maria Iubăneasa widow of one of the nation Liuban who perished in the battles of Forests Cosminului, asks tearfully as his nephew Basil Iubăneasa be discharged and placed to guard the ancestors commercial road of Hotinului and northern lands of his ancestors fort.

Legend states that the young Basil served in the army for 18 years and was highly praised ruler, is a trusted courtier. The plea grandparents, remained without husband and only son without his father Vasile Iubăneasa comes when the young man was 22 years old and was the only consolation old widow and therefore did not want to lose wars.

“Legend has it that Basil Iubăneasa is called a kind of border guard and Stefan Voda and raises an observer. Raise the big shots when divisions Tatar invasion and attack. He received 18 soldiers from Stephen as a sign of appreciation, “says Octavian Vitcu. They show a document, were panţiri hărmăneşti, that lefegii Saxons in the Brasov area. As thanks for returning nephew, Maria Iubăneasa raised in the area and a monastery.

Nation warriors disappeared

Iubăneasa nation to have the right to be part of the spoils and legends show that the Tatars come to enrich the booty went barefoot if riders were caught Iubăneasa nation. Consequently, the family great fortunes closely. Nor is it surprising, since Maria Iubăneasa equip the new monastery with golden bells. The family does not lack servants Tatars. At one point, however, after the reign of Stephen the Great, the family disappears from the stage of history. The village is attested later than on November 27, 1607.

Prince Constantin Mogila village gave a document Ibăneşti Isaac Balica, hetman and great treasurer. No word but Iubăneasa about old people, who for centuries ruled the area. Later, another prince, Stephen Toms gives Solca monastery in 1615 Ibăneşti village. Similarly, a word about Iubăneasa nation and their fort on the hill.

Old warriors disappeared from the stage of history. Further evidence that this generation of warriors no longer exist in the eighteenth century, is the fact that the monastery Mary Iubăneasa grated to the ground by a group of Tatars, turn to robbery. What in the golden ages of this nation, as states and historians place, were virtually impossible. How they are gone nobody knows. Maybe remained without issue or perished in wars. Following their stay family crest, a broken sword Magura hill and traces of the old fort.

Femei arse, femei mutilate, femei batjocorite, femei ucise.
