5lb chicken @ 325 F for 1-1/2 hours ( after that I broke the parts and put it in the oven to bake for another 1/2 hour) For dressing i mix minced garlic, tarragon, thyme, oregano, garlic and herbs, low sodium salt, low sodium soy sauce, pepper, nutmeg, and I apply this all over (under and inside the chicken). I think this rotisserie is really good, for low lower fat content!
