Install a webcam on your handle-bar, when riding in the street: Midland XTC -720HD, is great. You can find them at Walmart! It may not bring the back the dead (unfortunately, but at least you can see what exactly happen: It the best EYE-witness (in case there are no other cameras in the street.)
