Paul Iorgovici s-a născut în Vărădia/Varadia/Waradia/Вередія, Banat/Bánság/Банат, în 28 aprilie 1764.

Merkel, on the ropes! Washington Post reveals the truth about rape immigrants from COLOGNE | 1,200 women were assaulted by 2,000 men of the New Year. The document “escaped” from the investigation | Nasul.tv
New revelations shocking incidents occur in Cologne, in the New Year, when there were violent and sexual harassment from immigrants on women, reports stirileprotv.ro
Washington Post published an article which claims that several documents that would be “escaped” by mistake, show that incidents of that night were much higher proportions. Thus, the police believed that at least 1,200 women were harassed by 2,000 men, Cologne, New Year in the cities Cologne, Hamburg.
At first, the incident was treated lightly by the authorities, who fell for 2 days, then tried to cover up the situation. Former police chief in Cologne and resigned in January after it was discovered that authorities covered at first, scale incidents. Cologne daily Express revealed in a memo from the police which shows that German Interior Minister asked to be removed the word “rape” in the report.
But figures now discovered could shake public opinion in Germany. German newspaper Sueddeutsche Zeitung revealed a police document which shows that the number of crimes was much higher than the said authorities.
So far, only four men have been arrested and punished, while other processes are underway. A 21-year-old Iraqi and a man 26 years old Algerian were sentenced Thursday by a court in Cologne. Both were immigrants who came to Germany two years ago.
“There is a link between this worrying phenomenon and the flow of migrants in 2015,” said Holger Munch police chief. Unfortunately, it is certain that many of those who committed aggression that night will not be caught or convicted.
Germany recently changed the definition of rape. Any sexual act committed “against the will of another identifiable person” becomes a criminal offense, which turns the rape aggression depending on whether or not there was penetration, the Bundestag decided by the unanimous vote of 601 votes, Agerpres reports.
German Interior Minister had pressured the police after the incidents in Cologne.
Cologne city was rocked early by a wave of violence attributed mostly migrants. They directed mainly against women, shocked Germany and raised pressure on Chancellor Angela Merkel, whose generous policy towards refugees is increasingly criticized. After the New Year were filed more than 1,000 complaints.
Police in Cologne has revealed a balance “relatively positive” after the first hours of the carnival opened Thursday at 11.11 local time. Alleged facts ranging from insults to rape (was flagged one), police said.
But a day after the scandal appeared in the press, Interior Minister Ralf Jäger would have urged the authorities to remove the word “rape” in the report, reports The Telegraph. The disclosure was made by the daily Express 4 incident months after journalists came into possession of an internal memo from the police.
The report, based on complaints made by hundreds of women police officers that night wrote that “there was sexual harassment, rape and looting committed by men of foreign nationality,” writes Telegraph.
According to the internal memo, one of the police had received a call from the Minister of Interior, where he was asked to remove the word “rape” in the report.
“Captain told me he wanted the word” rape “to be removed from the report or incident report to be canceled” was the message from the internal note. The same newspaper says that the name of one of the officers involved in the scandal as Joachim H.
Following the accusations, opposition politicians have demanded the resignation of Interior Minister.
A total of 103 people with citizenship Algerian or Moroccan are among the 153 people suspected of having committed aggression, especially of a sexual nature in the New Year at Cologne in Germany, indicates a report released Tuesday by local authorities, reports AFP.
Only four Germans appear on that list, the report examined by the Ministry of Interior of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia regional and presented to parliament after three months of events.
68 of the suspects have asylum seeker status, 18 were in the time of the events in Germany illegally. In the case of 47 of them, or citizenship status could not be determined with certainty, the source said.
