Tratatul de la Viena (cunoscut sub numele de Pacea de la Viena), în germană Frieden von Wien, în maghiară Bécsi béke, a fost semnat la 23 iunie 1606 de către principele Transilvaniei Bocskai István/Ștefan Bocskai/Stephan Bocskai şi Arhiducele Matthias/Erzherzog Matthias/Mátyás főherceg, viitor împărat al Sfântului Imperiu Roman, din 1612.

Pe baza termenilor tratatului, nobililor din Transilvania și Ungaria Regală li s-au confirmat toate drepturile și privilegiile constituționale și religioase, revendicate de aceştia.

În regiunea Sopron/Ödenburg/Šopron, de exemplu, acordul recunoştea conducerea autocratică a nobililor luterani.
În Transilvania, calviniștii îşi câștigă dreptul la toleranță religioasă. Acordul îl reconfirmă pe Bocskai, ca principe al Transilvaniei și garanta dreptul nobililor ardeleni de a-şi alege principii prin intermediul Dietei Transilvaniei.
