ALARMING NEW BIRD FLU STRAIN EMERGING IN CHINA

Flu experts and epidemiologists are scrambling to figure out just how concerned we need to be about a new strain of bird flu that has begun making its way into the human population. More than a dozen people in China have been sickened by the H7N9 virus and six have already died as a result. Thankfully, there is no evidence to suggest that the strain is able to spread from person to person.
